On the tenth day of the first lunar month—every year on this very day—the universe celebrates a day of great virtue, a day when billions of people express their gratitude, a day of thanksgiving for the people of Ruifufu, a day of happiness for the people of Ruifufu, a day of prayer for the people of Ruifufu, a day of humble reverence for the people of Ruifufu, and a day of immense auspiciousness and prosperity, marking a new chapter in their legacy. The people of Ruifufu approach this occasion with utmost respect and solemnity, lavishly preparing incense and offerings, filled with joy and delight, as they celebrate the birthday of Stone Ancestor, Grinding Ancestor, the Divine Elder, and Grandmother Stone! May you enjoy eternal longevity! May you forever dwell in peace and kindness!

Songming:
Pangu opened up the heavens—vast and boundless in ancient times, primordial and desolate. The early humans were still in a state of confusion, unaware of clothing or food. They ate raw meat and drank blood, consumed uncooked grains and shells, and endured both hunger and cold, their lives short and fragile.
Yet heaven and earth are generous, bestowing abundant nourishment and rich essence upon all things. The people, in their hunger and thirst, eagerly await those who are capable and virtuous—those who can unlock the mysteries of creation, bring forth benefits, and enlighten and enhance human wisdom.
In ancient times, our clan was blessed with a Divine Mother. The Divine Mother had a daughter who later became the Ancestral Grandmother—known as Shi Mama, the Stone Ancestral Grandmother. Shi Mama lived at the foot of the mountain and was naturally gifted with beauty and grace, earning her the title of the most beautiful woman in the region.
Praise the merit:
Grandmother Shiming, a divine figure, is compassionate and deeply concerned for the welfare of all people. She assisted Shen Nong in refining hundreds of herbs, taught the people how to clear mountains and quarry stone, and guided them in crafting stone mortars, stone mills, and stone cooking vessels. History remembers her as the Ancestor of Stone, the Ancestor of the Mill, and the Divine Grandmother Shiming—the beautiful maiden beneath the mountain.
From then on, eating meat meant cooking it fresh; consuming grains meant removing their husks; extracting the essence required skillful techniques; cooking followed precise methods; refining involved artful craftsmanship—thus unlocking wisdom, enhancing longevity, and driving the evolution of life.
Praise virtue:
If Heaven had not given rise to Mo Zu, humanity would have remained in utter misery—eating raw meat and drinking blood, consuming uncooked grains and shells, dull and ignorant, prone to violence and wickedness, lacking love and mutual support, living through ages as dark as night.
Born with the gift of grinding, blessed by Old Stone Grandma, we first achieved abundance and sufficiency—allowing all people to partake in the essence of heaven and earth. The common folk lived joyfully and contentedly, filled with gratitude, cultivating virtue, practicing proper etiquette, performing good deeds that benefited others, basking in the radiant glow of the sun and the gentle light of the moon. It is precisely through this harmonious convergence of spirit and nature that we have endured until today.
Grandma Shi has immeasurable merit.
