Shrimp with Asparagus

Many people love eating asparagus for its crisp texture, rich nutrition, and high plant fiber content that aids digestion. Asparagus's fragrance seems to determine that it is unsuitable for complex cooking methods. 

Ingredients:


Raw material
hrimp200g, asparagus100g, carrots60g, cooking oil

SEASONING
One egg white, wet starch10g, minced garlic15g

Condiments
sesame oil15g , salt5g , chicken essence5g
cooking wine3g , sugar4g , white pepper2g

 

Method:


Step 1
Cut the carrots and asparagus into small pieces. Blot the shrimp with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture. Add egg white and wet starch, and mix well.

Step 2
Prepare the seasoning sauce. Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing water, salt, chicken essence, wet starch, cooking wine. Stir well. Add a little salt to boiling water, disperse the asparagus and carrot slices. After about 30 seconds, add bamboo shoots and carrot slices and pour it out in about 20 seconds.

Step 3
Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and pour in the prepared sauce. Quickly stir-fry, add Cui Brand Sesame Oil, and plate.
