On September 7th, the "China Top Culinary Masters · Laofangu Chinese Cuisine Advanced Culinary Skills Workshop (Phase III)", specially sponsored by Cuizi Brand, successfully concluded in Yantai, Shandong. During the three days of in-depth study, Cuizi Brand's cold-pressed sesame oil and sesame paste were the soul seasonings throughout the masters' dishes, witnessing the fusion and collision of northern and southern flavors with a century-old craftsmanship aroma. In this workshop, four masters demonstrated and taught 18 classic dishes from northern and southern Chinese cuisines, exchanging with students about the unique culinary culture, theories, and key cooking techniques of craftsmanship.
